Sarah Odedina has worked in children’s publishing for over 25 years. She was head of Bloomsbury Children’s Books where she published J K Rowling and Neil Gaiman amongst many other prize winning authors. Sarah now works as Editor-at-Large for Pushkin Press, is the editor of children’s literary magazine SCOOP and co-founder of Accord Literary which mentors and represents writers for young readers living and working in Africa. Sarah Odedina believes that reading is a pleasure the all children can enjoy and stories are best when they represent the lives and voices of the widest range of people.
