Jessica Horn is a feminist activist, writer and strategist with roots in Uganda. A thought leader in the fields of women’s rights, social movements and philanthropy, Jessica’s research and analysis has been published in The Guardian, The Lancet, Feminist Africa, Al Jazeera, openDemocracy and Africa is a Country among other platforms. Her essay ‘So we don’t die tomorrow’ is included in Girl: Essays on Black womanhood edited by Kenya Hunt (Harper Collins, November 2020). Jessica recently co-launched .the temple of her skin documenting African women’s tattoo and scarification stories. She is a founding member of the African Feminist Forum.
