Joseph O. Ike is the Director General of Kaduna State Bureau for Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (KADBUSA). Under his stewardship the Agency continues to champion policies and initiatives that promote access to evidence based community based prevention, treatment, care and support services for people with drug use disorders and mental Ill health.
He is a Creative Arts enthusiast and the founder and promoter of a number of Creative endeavors including Fasaha Republic a Creative Arts Hub in Kaduna and the widely acclaimed JZO Fashion Brand .
