Home is where my family is and sometimes family isn\u2019t merely blood.<\/span><\/p>\n

List three words or phrases that come to mind when you think of home.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Love, laughter, provision.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Have you ever been homesick? Tell us the circumstances and how it felt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

First three months of university I was terribly homesick, I had never been away from home on my own and the UK was grey, dark, cold and rainy as opposed to Zimbabwean dry heat and sun.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What is your opinion about brain-drain?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our leaders need to do better to create an environment of opportunity for everyone, not just those within their circles.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In what way does your physical location impact your creative output?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I need to be in a place where I can create a comfortable and conducive space that doesn\u2019t change until I need it to, otherwise I am distracted.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

What is your preferred mode of travel and why?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Private jet! Hahaha.\u00a0 Failing that I take what I can get but preferably with clean seats.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In her debut collection of poems Home Coming<\/i>, Sonia Sanchez\u2019s writes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201ci have returned \\\\ leaving behind me \\\\ all those hide and \\\\ seek faces peeling\\\\ with freudian dreams.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 What does the phrase \u201cfreudian dreams\u201d mean to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Something to do with Sigmund Freud, of which it means to me a limitation because the dreams are interpreted according to Freud and I\u2019d have to look it up so I can\u2019t say it means much to me, but the word dreams is what speaks to me.\u00a0 Dreams are limitless.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The mission to establish a colony of humans on Mars is becoming a realistic proposition. Would you agree to be one of the founding members?<\/strong><\/p>\n

NOPE!\u00a0 We still haven\u2019t got earth right, much less another planet.<\/span><\/p>\n
