Ngozi John is from Cross River, Nigeria. Her work draws on the rhythms of oral storytelling. She has been published in McSweeney’s Quarterly, Transition Magazine, Lolwe, and Isele Magazine, and is featured in Granta’s autumn anthology.
She is an alumna of the Purple Hibiscus Trust Creative Writing Workshop, hosted by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.
She is currently working on new short fiction.
