Temi is a host, curator, and the founder of Blacklisted Book Club, a community championing Black and African fiction through author events and live conversations.
She also hosts Annotated, a weekly live show where a book becomes the starting point for deeper conversation about culture, identity, and the stories that shape us — built on the belief that Black and African stories should live outside the margins, figuratively and quite literally.
Her work brings African writing to UK readers and builds community around it on this side of the world. A natural interviewer with a facilitator’s instinct for a room, she makes spaces that are warm, sharp, and genuinely participatory.
