Fatima Zarah Umar is a foremost women’s rights advocate, lawyer, a writer, a politician, arbitrator and ribena enthusiast. She was the erstwhile host of Adikon Zamani, a BBC program that radically challenged long held harmful beliefs and practices.
She currently works at the National Assembly as a Special Assistant on Gender to the President of the Senate.
She’s also an avid book reader and loves to travel.
