Joseph O. Ike. Is the Director General of the Kaduna State Governments Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Agency, KADBUSA. He is also the co-founder of a number of creative enterprises including Fasaha Republic a creative arts hub in Kaduna State and JZO an internationally acclaimed Fashion Brand.
He is an obsessively avid reader and an aspiring writer who has completed several intriguing manuscripts in his head but yet to put them on paper!
