Kobina Graham

Kobby Ankomah-Graham is a Ghanaian writer, DJ and lecturer.

Born in England and raised in Ghana, he studied Law at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS, University of London) and graduated with an MA in International Studies & Diplomacy.

Since moving from London to Accra over a decade ago, Kobby has worked as a DJ, journalist, digital strategist and radio presenter. Deeply passionate about creative counterculture, his writing uses the weird to explore the mundane.

A runner-up in the inaugural John La Rose Short Story competition, he was the editor of DUST: a magazine that provided cultural and social commentary on the city of Accra. His shorts have since been published in Litro Magazine & his thought pieces in places like The Guardian.
